Hi, I’m Kay.

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington and a consultant nation wide. I recently left a lifetime of nonprofit work and started this private practice, Alton Counseling and Consulting LLC, in early 2024 with a focus on de-mystifying and de-specializing therapeutic work for individuals and organizations across the nation. In 2025 I expanded into a group practice to offer accessible choice in therapy to more folks in my community.
